Day 10 water test??

Can anyone tell me if this is good or bad for day 10 fish-less cycle using ammonia chloride and Dr. Tim's one and only?

Hey man,
I moved this question to another location to pick up momentum. I'm still stuck on where i am exactly. Lots of opinions from put in fish now to let it go another few weeks! That's a big range for us newbies!!! lol but here is the thread

Add More Ammonia for fishless cycle or let it ride?

So tank has been cycling for 18 days now using ammonia chloride to about 4PPM and Dr. Tim's One and Only. Tested a couple times with Ammonia still around 3PPM and Nitrites pretty high (hard for me to read them correctly) i need a class! lol Did a 20% water change on Saturday, tested Sunday...
