Day 4 parameter test going fast?

So day 4 as follows
Ammonia 2
Nitrite 0.5
Nitrate 2

Seems to be going fast or is it just me?
I'm just making sure this seem right I'm not in any kind of rush.

No dry Pukani I soaked it just in fresh water for a week or so they were nasty.

What is in the tank and how are you cycling?

Tank has 100 pounds live sand 80 pounds dry Pukani running a sump refuigium. I have been skimming and that's it I ghost fed once.

Refuigium has nothing in it but one rock...

Having the live sand will speed to production of nitrate. You might get some even without any ghost feeding.
