Day night cycle or reverse day night cycle?

So I am starting a refugium for my 20g nano reef. I have chosen to do chaeto and use a 65 watt equivalent grow led (non dimmable) should I do a day night cycle with my ai prime or should I reverse it when the prime is off the grow is on and when the prime is in grow is off

I second this. You may need to play with the actual time the fuge light is on and such. So it may end up not being 12 on and 12 off for example. Just keep an eye on the macro and nutrient levels and adjust accordingly.
