Good Morning to everyone,

I purchased a DB 74 Tower RR- 24 x 24 x 30- this tank is awesome, just need to figure out Lighting.

My options
Grow T5HO fixture 6 Bulbs( 3 ati blue +, 2 ati Coral plus, 1 D-D flora 11k)
1 MH 400W( trying to avoid this route)
Odyssea 24" MH250w / 4 T5HO combo( garbage reflectors I know)
1 AI Hydra26 HD( love AI products but id prefer MH or T5)

I plan on keep a mix reef mostly softies and LPS with an odd half dozen SPS, maybe a clam .

Any help would be great , thanks- I'm leaning towards the T5 6bulb fixture.

Welcome to the community! I'd personally go with the T5

If you are going to want corals and clams at the bottom of a 30" deep tank. An you are mounting the lights at least 10" off the water. So making it 40"inches. You would want a 250 watt MH fixture. The Reefbrite MH/LED fixture with a 20 k bulb would work.
30" deep tank is a hard one to light properly and only have 24" is Tough. If you went with LED's you would need a couple to really cover the bottom fully.
