Bought a pan world from eBay and to my dismay it came like this. How the heck do I use this thing?

I bought these two items, but I don't know how to connect the wires coming out of the pump to the rings from the Carviya adapter.. :(:(:(

After viewing the tech sheet; the red is positive and black is negative coming from the adapter. Therefore, connect the red from the adapter to the black from the pump and the black from the adapter to the white from the pump.

Problem is I'm not sure how I can connect the wires to those rings on the adapter.

I would simply cut off all the connectors and splice the wires. I would solder them and then use heat wrap to seal them. If you don't solder, then look into crimp connections and seal with heat wrap.

Are you running this pump from a 12V car supply, or for full time use?

Looks like a brushed motor pump which would require probably a lot of maintenance (brushes) if used continuously.

I’m also confused why you got this pump. The higher voltage ones are great if you need a 30ft vertical. But this one, I’m not sure

If the splice will be under water, make sure and use a heat shrink with epoxy on the inside...gently heat from the middle out on each end to allow the epoxy to eventually show
