its been a few years since I researched Them. Ran a Waveline DC 6000 for a while. No major complaints. Currently running the Vectra M1. Falling out of love with all things Ecotechmarine.

Can you guys recommend or tell me what you’re using? I’ll take it from there. Just need a starting point.

Gracias!

I second the ecotech. My next return pump is going to be the Vectra S1 :)

I don’t care for the back siphon sensor and restart mechanism of the Vectra. Personal thing. It’s quiet, good flow, controllable. I just Find it temperamental and question it’s reliability. Been running it 2 years now. Well beyond getting any help from Echotech. Not looking for their help. Just looking for other options. I appreciate You guys taking the time to respond. Not trying to come across negatively.

Any non-Vectra suggestions?
Thanks!

I like the Waveline's. I have one. Look at the Jeboa sine pumps, and buy bigger since one can adjust the flow rate. I have a Jeboa DCT for the last year and the pump has run great for me and the price was right.

I need one that can produce 1,100 gpd at 13 to 15 feet of head (innexact because will have some bends I need to try to account for). So far the only one I can find that isn’t super expensive is the syncra 9.0 WiFi, but the thread on here about it is super mixed. Any other ideas? I’m trying to avoid an external AC, just because they cost a couple hundred more or so a year in power.

I used a varios 2 for 14 months on full power. Silent and no issues. In February, I changed to the varios 8, and I still use the 2 for a UV sterilizer. Both are silent and just work.

The Current 3000gpm shows 1000gpm at 15 foot. I have a couple of their pumps. The pumps works good and are priced reasonable. The only issues I have had is hooking it to their controllers.

I gotta say, my Waveline was flawless for 3 years as well. Fell for the latest and greatest along with controllability that I don’t actually use. My only complaint was the nuts on the volute rusted. 1 phone call to Salty Supply and I had a new volute shipped to me free, with titanium nuts. None of it affected function one bit.

I've had a cor15 running since they released to the general public. Too early to comment on reliability but it is silent and the feed mode button right on the controller is nice

I use aqua medic D.C. Runners currently very happy. New build will be trying the jebao dct or dcp or whatever the newest version of their D.C. Pumps are when i buy them

I like the DC pump with the controllers, buy to big and dial it back if need.
