Hey there all I was wondering about the dc adjustable flow water pumps. Good bad what do you all think I'm thinking of upgrading to a diablo 3500 for my 90 gal

dc pumps are some of the quietest pumps out there...a LFS has them on one of their tanks, and i was very impressed.

I am researching them to replace my Iwaki 70 for a return pump..

I see a lot of good reviews on them.
I'm looking to replace a ailing return pump and want to try one when the funds become available.

I am looking to get the Diablo 10500 for my 90 as well. I will be moving my sump to the basement and I will need the head pressure that the 10500 can provide. I can't use an external pump so the Diablo is looking excellent for what I need.

All my research seems to point that these pumps are the future with the low energy, low heat, controllable design.

I have been running the jeabo DC6000 on my new build for a little over a month now and I am very happy with it so far. Extremely quiet and very powerful. It's only running on the second lowest setting. When I first turned it on I didn't think it was working until I saw the water moving, that's how quiet it is. I also really like the "soft start" and feed features.

Im using to Jabeo 12000 on my 80 and 90 gal tanks. Overkill but the power is there if I need it or decide to change something. Very quiet and low energy consumtion. New to the market so still have old pumps for backuo if needed. Been up and running for two months

I also just upgraded my skimmer to the DCS 150 with adjustable pump if it works as well as everyone says then I'll be ordering a return pump ASAP. Thanks again everyone

How long have the Jebao pumps been in use? Has anyone had them running longer than a year yet? reviews or problems? I have not seen any and sounds really good

They're the same as any of the other DC pumps out there except for the Red Dragon pumps. All the others are made in the same factory in China just with a different sticker on the top.
