DD UV sterilizer

Hi all, has anyone got the DD/Deltec UV steriliser, I've just set it up and the lamp was on, now the ballast/ transformer led is red and the UV isn't on?
I've been looking on line and can't find anything and there's not much detail in the manual?
Does anyone know if it pulses on and off? I thought the idea was it was on 24/7?

I’ve got 2 of them including the 80w and as far as I’m aware the ‘green glowing light’ means it’s on and it sounds like you may have a faulty power supply. It should be on 24/7 if it’s switched on.

I would speak to the LFS you purchased it from or contact probably Tony Rogers at DD, he‘s their technical support director
