I bought 2 of the DDR about 2 weeks ago. I thought everything was going great - except I kept having to up my dosages which seemed odd.

Having some time today I thought I would mess around with it. It turns that it hasn't been dosing at all. So I have been messing with it for 3-4 hours now and cannot get it to not suck air. It appears the problems are at the connections. If I drop the tube in to the container it primes no problem. The minute I push the tube in to the connection it sucks air.

Does anybody have an easy fix for that? I have a call in to Neptune to see what they recommend.

I am thinking my best option is to send them back and make some DIY containers!

Thanks

The best thread that I could find regarding a connection fix.
