Dead after three days

My parameters are great yet this fish died after three days. There seems to be some sort of growth under his eye. His fine’s gone, but I assume the Nero 5 did that as he was stuck to it when I found him and there are no other fish.

Looks like quite a few injuries. Possibly a power head or aggression. Sorry for your loss

I just assumed the power head did that after it died. I thought the thing under the eye might be the cause of his death.

Dwarf angels can be somewhat difficult to QT. They are algae grazers and can literally starve to death, pecking around at the tank walls. How did it behave when placed into the tank?

Can you tell us a bit about your tank setup?

Did you pickup the fish at a LFS or was it shipped?

He would not eat so I actually wondered about that too. As far as behavior, he was hiding under the rocks and had not come out since the day I got him from my LFS.
