Dead and see through bugs

Not 100% sure why or of they are some sort of pods .

Every so often I see see through bugs similar to what looks like pods that I find in my filter floss floating around the tank .

Is this a normal thing to see ?

Could it be the molts from pods?

I wasn’t sure if pods molt or not .

I was assuming the worse and something was wiping their population out

I see the molts flying around the tank every now and then. Fish go after then spit them out.
