Yes, it is a bristleworm, but the fact that it is dead is a little odd, they are pretty hardy. Remove with tweezers, DO NOT touch with bare hands or let you CUC devour it.

It appears to have been chopped in half. My wrasse is always hunting. This is the first one I've seen since I got him.
 
Chopped in 1/2 rarely means much to a bristle worm. I've done that to many and both 1/2 survive
 
Might have been a partial meal for your wrasse and hit it so many times it killed it.
