Dead clowns

I’ve had these guys 10 days, noted ick, been treating kickick and rally in QT tank. Just died! Upon photo for credit saw this horrible gash? One worse than other. Please help!

I'm not sure what I'm looking for. The lower fish seems to be missing part of its gill operculum, and has a split pectoral fin. Do you have any CUC hermits in the tank? They may have gone after the clowns after they died, but before you found them.

Does you other clown and dottyback show any signs of ich?

thank-you! No cuc in quarrentine tank, other clown and Dottyback had same ick spots, cleared up now, his split fin is probably how I positioned him for photo. They were both acting lethargic 10 hours ago, died about 2 hours ago. Missing gill? OMG the top one has discoloring in same spot! Worried it’s more than ick, treating with rally everyday, kickick on heavy schedule.
