Here is a pic of my royal grama, At first i thought it was ich because of the white spots, but after i found him dead it looks like something different see photo and let me know what you guys think. This disease was extremely deadly as it killed 3 of my fish within 3 days, There is 2 survivors, 1 angel and a clownfish - clown is in qurentine with copper and angel is still in main tank as I could not catch him yet - it looks like he has large white spots instead of the sprinkle like ich?

Did the spots look similar to the attached? Hard to tell in your photo, but in my case is was uronema, started with the RG and looks somewhat similar to yours. Kills very fast, all 3 fish below died very quickly one after the other despite treatment. Sorry for your loss :(

theres only a few diseases/parasites that could kill fish that quickly that i can think of and thats brook, velvet or euronema did you add any fish into the display right around the time this happened? like within the last 2-4 weeks
