Dead live rock and aptasia

I have some live rock from a previous tank and it was loaded with aiptasia, it has been dry/ dead for about 4 months. Could the aiptasia come back?

Probably not. They require water to live.

Aptasia are bad enough, but zombie aptasia?! NO THANKS!!




I doubt they'll come back but I dont know for sure.
