Dead lyretail anthias in QT

i bought a trio of lyretails (1 male, 2 female) from divers den. Got here on Friday. All fish looked great (trio of dartfish and a foxface too). All are eating everything. Seriously, they eat more than my 5 fish in the display tank.

I started a round of prazipro on Sunday and one female was dead when I got home after work. No signs of anything wrong and the body looks fine too.

Thoughts? Luck of the draw?

Could be a myriad of things. If it was eating great upon arrival then I would suspect something other than luck of the draw.

Praziquantel depletes oxygen from the water. Do you have a power head aimed upward agitating the surface of the water?

Any ammonia present?

No ammonia, api test and seachem badge confirmed. I have an aquaclear 70 and small powerhead pointed at surface as well for movement. Tank is a 20 long. Even after the praziquantel all fish have been eating like there’s no tomorrow. All 3 anthias included. I didn’t check the tank this morning before work so it could have died last night but it was alive before I went to bed. I noticed when I came home from work.

There's some redness around the fish's vent that might be post-mortem ... or could be an indication of a bacterial infection. We've been seeing rather a lot of that lately.
