Deal or no deal?

I am looking for opinions on a bunch of equipment I found for sale. I am thinking about picking it up, but a little nervous about it. It seems most of the stuff is lower end equipment, and it's all been running for at least a year. I was thinking I could use some of it, and sell the rest, but not sure I could even do that. I am in the process of cleaning and setting up a 240 gallon and planned to put a large sump using big rubbermade tubs in another room. Tell me what you think

2 100 gallon rubbermaid tubs being used as sumps
240 gallon acrylic Sump
65 gallon aquarium
40 gallon aquarium
ASM skimmer new pump and seals (unsure of size, but it is big)
Aquamaxx Q3 (1 year old)
Aqua Excel AE-FR80 Reactor (full of LSM denitrate media)
57 gallon Rimless with coral (looks to be tons of GSP, Xenia, some shrooms.)
Jeboa 2 head doser
225 Lbs of live rock (He told me he noticed a little bubble algae on some rock)
Lights (not sure how many or what they are)
Asking $800

I would jump on that for the tanks alone. If you have a use for the stuff, then all together seems a good price.

I could use one of the skimmers for sure. Could use the 65 for a QT. Would use the large acrylic sump or one of the tubs for my sump. Thought I could eventually set up the rimless as a second tank. I don't know how much of the other stuff I would use... The bubble algae concerns me.
