Dealing with water evaporation in house

Hey everyone, so this has been an ongoing issue in our small home. I have a few different tanks and all of them evaporate water into the house where eventually we get a bunch of mold in our window sills. What are some of your ideas as far as how to control this or help with the issue?

Dehumidifier. Only surefire consistent way.

Wwc has a nano with a lid so they don't have to topoff.

Crack a window if your area is not too humid. Dehumidifiers can get expensive running 24/7 and for me cracking a window does not add much to the heating bill in the winter.
