my fire shrimp shed last weekend and my hippo saw an opportunity and took it. went over and bit of its antanae and 3 of it legs. couple of hours later the shrimp was no where to be found.

Did it go after the molt or the shrimp itself??? When shrimps molt they will hide cuz they are vunerable.

Itend to agree. I've seen my tangs dishing on molts.
