Debris in my QT

Who can identify this debris?
It showed up in my QT a day after I added Fritzzyme 9000 to it
My star fish seems to have moved it into a heap.
it floats easily.

Was wondering where it came from because there were no fish in it when it showed up. the QT was literally a day old.
