Decently priced lighting for fluval flex

I would like to get a leather and maybe some GSP, and i would like to have them spread very fast. I have the 32.5 gallon FluvalSmart flex tank. What lighting would you recommend.

I'd just use the stock Fluval Marine 3.0 LED.
