So I’ve been waiting on this stimulus check to get me a skimmer. Was going to go hob for awhile then decided to build a 20gal sump and about to build a new stand. Sick of the stand with no height. So now I’ll be able to get any skimmer for my 65gal tank. So what’s the preference people like for something under $250 for skimmer? New or used with prices close to that or around that.

I have a Reef Octopus 90-HOB that I am happy with, but it is not a sump model. I might be hanging it on the back of my sump in the stand when I finish my new setup.
