I am interested in the Hectors goby. If anyone has had one what was your experience with it anything different than other gobys? If you have had gobys/blennys did you like the Hectors more or less and why? Thank you all for the responses!

This is a goby that I have tried to establish in my aquarium many times - I love them. But it seems that they are very difficult to have in small aquariums for a long period. I even took three that have succeed to survive in a very large aquarium for several years - but I could only keep them fore some months. They are said to need algae in their diet and I suspect that they are even experts on which type. That I have not succeed is not to say that no one will succeed with them- I would love to here from people that have hold this species in aquarium for more than 6 months.

Sincerely Lasse
