Hello everyone. I wanted to thank everyone for the wealth of knowledge provided in this forum. I have been reading through for months but finally decided to join and post the progression of my 57g rimless mixed reef. Tank is about 2 months old. I started by curing the dry rock in a plastic tub with ammonia and bacteria and phosban reactor prior to setting up tank. In the meantime started collecting and qt corals. The tank is set up in our home office along with my planted nano tank and with Chubby Cheeks our cichlid. The tanks plumbing goes through the wall to an outside shed that houses the eshopps 300 advanced sump and a 60gal fuge. The battery backup and apex gold are inside the cabinet.
