Great built. Might have to steal a few of your ideas.

Is this your first attempt with the Marinepure base? How much sand did you use?

Steal away! ;) Yes, this is my first time with Marinepure. I went to it bc of the minimal rock work. Two bags of Fiji Pink. I made sure the base of marinepure was about 3/4" from the edge and filled it with sand so it would not shift.

What an awesome setup! Although I would be extremely cauthoious of the magnets that are encased in silicone. I did a similar thing a few years back and they swelled and rusted from the inside out. I, personally, would only use magnets coated in Epoxy that are made in the USA, or at least coated in the USA.

Just my $0.o2! Can't wait to see it up and running!

Finished the Rdd Sea kit a couple of weeks ago. Here are some pictures of what's going in currently. Candy Apple, Bowser, Fruit Loops, Killer Vamps, Utter Chaos, Gobstoppers, Rastas, Armageddon, Pink Ladies, Watermellon Chalice, Clown Chalice, Bonsai Acro, Green Slimer Acro, yellow Hamer and Frogspawn. I'll take filtered pictures tomorrow but here's today.

In OCD we trust! Haha...
Quick question : where did you get those square water jug and how many gallon is that Plz ?

This build just showed up on my email feed. What a gem of a find! What an impressive build, I won't lie I didn't know what most of the plumbing was doing. Any update on this tank??

Any issues w/ the magnets? I know that was a concern at the time. Hopefully the system and you are doing well.

Did you rubberize the magnet attached to rock as well? How did you dip them?
You can purchase Acrylic Covered Magnets that's what I used in my tanks and they don't leach and are 100% Water Proof. Just Google or Search on EBAY, I've found they're cheaper if you Google and Purchase Directly from the Stores here is the Search on Google:
Definitely look for Powerful and Acrylic Covered. Just a quick Note these magnets are Super Strong so be careful when placing together as they're difficult to pull apart one stuck together, especially the large ones.
Good Reefing

They are incased in black silicone.

Here is a link of what to search for using Google. https://www.google.com/search?q=acr...hVpZN8KHUmRBaoQ_AUoAXoECDMQAQ&biw=412&bih=692
They are Acrylic Covered Powerful 100% Water Proof Magnets Safe for Reef Keeping. I used them in my little 29 Bio Life and Now in My 70 Gall Acrylic AIO Mixed Reef Tank. (⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ These are Extremely Strong Magnets especially the larger you purchase so be careful when putting in place as they SNAP together and I would hate to here someone Cracked they're tank glass from using them.) Try and get them placed where you want them the first time if possible.
