Deep Sea Aquatics?

Since my tank seam is splitting I'm in a bind to get a new tank fast. My LFS has a DSA 90 Pro Tank/Stand combo for $1300. I'm really interested in this tank but cautious to not end up in the same situation I am currently in. There doesn't seem to be a lot of info on this brand and I've heard they are no longer making tanks. What are your thoughts on DSA? Is this the good deal I think it is?
