Hey everyone. I am wondering who makes the deepest production tanks available? I really like the Marineland 300g Deep Dimension, but there are way too many problems with those for me to consider that tank.

Are there any other production tanks that are 30-36" deep?

Thanks.

Aqueon make two 6' long 30" tall tanks, one 18" front to back and another 24" front to back.

Thanks for the reply...let me clarify...I am not looking for height over 24", but depth (front to back). I guess when discussing water that can be confusing!

How is their quality these days? In the past there have been tons of horror stories.

I don't know about these days, but I bought a couple (50g and 75g) from them 12 years ago that are still in use with no issues. I would think it's like any other company, once in awhile you get a few bad ones, but they've been in business for years, so I guess they can't be too bad.

So the OP asked about production tanks I believe. The answer is not many.

You more than likely will go custom.

Check out fishtanksdirect.com They have every conceivable size of production tank. The prices are high though but at least it gives you an idea what is out there.

I got my 6’x5’ 500g from fishtanksdirect and the price was not what I would call ‘high’!

Other than the marine land deep dimension tanks, I’m not aware of any other mass market tank that exceeds 24” in back-to-front depth. Glasscages make them, but I’d not consider them mass market and I believe all their tanks are make to order. If I were going custom in a glass tank, I’d look hard at customaquariums. Their pricing seems quite reasonable. If acrylic, I used fishtanskdirect.

Thanks everyone. It seems like I've confirmed what I thought...they are not production tanks with depth (front to back) of 30" or more besides the Marineland DD.
