Hi BRS. I recently ordered 20 t5 bulbs from you. I have two that are not lighting up. Could it be possible that they’re defective? Should I send them back?

I had this happen to my past order. I called the customer service phone number and 5 minutes later they were sending me a new bulb. Brs customer service is fantastic.
