Hi BRS. I recently ordered 20 t5 bulbs from you. I have two that are not lighting up. Could it be possible that they’re defective? Should I send them back?

I had this happen to my past order. I called the customer service phone number and 5 minutes later they were sending me a new bulb. Brs customer service is fantastic. I recommend giving them a call yourself

Thanks for chiming in. I’ll give them a call Monday morning.
 
BRS customer service is top of the line. Out of the countless orders placed over the years there have been a couple of issues. Anytime there was it was taken care of. Most recently I ordered ESV b-ionic 2 part 4 gallon mix. They accidentally sent me 2 calcium instead of 1 alk 1 cal. Sent them a pic. and next day alk bucket was shipped.

I'm pretty confident they will make things right for you.
