Define Moderate Light

What is the difference between moderate and medium? When researching corals for placement and care, we see moderate light or medium flow.
What are the numbers PAR and GPH ( turn-over) ?

Is there a reference chart available?

I'm very new to reefing but have done lots of research at from what I e seen it's relative. Mostly lighting 50-100 is low 100-200ish is medium and 200-300ish is high. But 300 also isant that high when it comes to SPS. Not concrete knowledge as I've only had my tank for 4 weeks. But, lots of research lol.

Most reputable sites will reference what they mean with a chart or what it was grown under and parameters.
