Anyone aware of a defroster like this with a magnet strong enough for 3/4” glass?

Any reason you haven’t gone to a magnet business and asked which one works for needs?
You might need to encase the magnets in epoxy and add a piece of felt too.
Then you just need your choice of basket.
If you can piece the three parts together you should have a fantastic unit, maybe a fantastic price. Some magnet manufactures and wholesalers will take your call and then call the closest seller to you so it’s ready to pick up more or less. Going that way should guarantee the magnet works for you.
I probably just suggested something that will take way more work and effort than desired, but this hobby is all about keeping out of trouble I’m told.
