dehydrator

I bought some of the cabbage for my tangs that the lady from Ripley's recommended. There is so much in the bundle that I think it will probably go bad before the tangs could eat it. I thought about trying to dehydrate some and see how that worked. All the seaweed that I have feed in the passed has been dried. Does anybody have a dehydrator that I could borrow?

I think the name is Bok Choy, although I has seen different spellings. It is a great source of vitamins according to the lady from Ripley's that spoke at the frag swap.

How would I get the cabbage to you?

I'm free most of the day today, and could pick up that frag if you are free. I have a dehydrator too, and will dry out the cabbage for you if you want. I may get some jerky going while I have it out.
