Dejardini Sailfin food?

I hear a lot of people talking about feeding tangs meaty foods but mine doesn't even act like there is any food in the tank when I feed mysis or anything to my clowns. Any tricks or tips to get him to eat anything beside sea veggies?

I feed mine new life spectrum large fish formula. Sometimes I soak the pellets in selcon. He won't touch any frozen or mysis. He will also take sheets of nori on a clip
