Doesn't look great, but sometimes Euphyllias will retract A LOT during shipping. Give it a day and you will start to see polyps if they're going to come out. In the second picture, I see the tell tale little balls in the Septa that might indicate retracted tentacles.

How was it packaged? Euphyllias should be floated upside down with styrofoam or in a holder to keep it from rolling around or they will cut themselves all to pieces on those sharp coralites

Packaged good, nice and tight. But looks pretty dead, also got a hammer colony looking some sort the same but under blue lights can see some life in there.

I wouldn't write it off. Give it a day or 2 before you pull it, it does look in rough shape, though.

Give it some time to be sure, i have had euphyllia before that was fully retracted looking similiar and pulled through. Just make sure, once it forms brown slime to remove it asap.

I've had torches do something similar although I did still have some tissue that hadn't fully receded; maybe just under a lot of stress from transport but I'd also be thinking refund. Good luck

this sounds gross, but did you give it a sniff? Dieing Euphyllias smells awful.

Looks good.. thats how they look in shipping often. And you would know right away if its dead because it would smell awful.

I just got a delivery from Aqua SD, all the pieces I received looked great. The packaging was really good too. I had one minor issue, called Will and he handled it promptly. I'm sure they will take care of you

Mine sometimes take a week+ when ordered online. They get stressed a lot. Even LPS from other awesome places (also think ASD is pretty good) like so' cal aquafarms which is very reliable come in like this. Just give it time. Unless you see tissue hanging off of it then it's not dead. I can see the tissue wrapped down around the stem which is how it should be. If you look at the side profile.
