Doesn't look great, but sometimes Euphyllias will retract A LOT during shipping. Give it a day and you will start to see polyps if they're going to come out. In the second picture, I see the tell tale little balls in the Septa that might indicate retracted tentacles.
How was it packaged? Euphyllias should be floated upside down with styrofoam or in a holder to keep it from rolling around or they will cut themselves all to pieces on those sharp coralites
I wouldn't write it off. Give it a day or 2 before you pull it, it does look in rough shape, though.Packaged good, nice and tight. But looks pretty dead, also got a hammer colony looking some sort the same but under blue lights can see some life in there.

hopefully your vendor isn't shady, looks dead to me
this sounds gross, but did you give it a sniff? Dieing Euphyllias smells awful.
Yea I get all my corals from them, just my 1st delivery where 1 frag not looking so hot, giving it a day or 2 before I declare it dead lol.Aqua SD is a great company order from them alot.
