I've contacted customer service but have not heard back yet, so I am posting here. They requested a video which I have reuploaded. Bubbles are not being produced and it is overflowing with pump controller set at level 1 and water level dialed down to the max. Does not make a difference whether air intake tube is connected to C02 scrubber or not.

Btw that is just dust on the controller, not salt.

Try it a little higher. 15cm to 25cm it the recommended hight . I'd try it at 15

I have to use a Reef Art Coral Frag Holder under one of my Skimmers to get the Correct Height. It’s not the same brand Sump as the Skimmer. Works very well and is sturdy.

I guess the next step is to disassemble it and examine the parts to make sure nothing is clogged and soak in vinegar for 12 hours per the troubleshooting suggestions.

Did you try turning the knob the other way? It's all the way down so it brings up the water level in the skimmer.

Wow I'm such a dunce. I totally forgot that turning the dial to the right raises the water level in the skimmer chamber, not lowers. Thank you! I dialed it all the way open to the left then redialed in the proper water height. It's working fine now
