I have decided to sell my new crrt 1500. This reactor is the automatic one from deltec. It is literally too efficient for my lps dominated tank. Perfect solution for SPS system. Easy to setup and fairly easy to dial in. Took me about a week to figure it all out. I am selling this with a 5 lb new tank and everything including 2 little fishies media and mag. 1650.00 The unit was used for 2 weeks. so basically brand new. 100 shipping fee due to bulk and weight.

Sure

no problem. oddly enough. the way this one works ph was never an issue. jake adams with reef builders did a video on it.

ive read that calcium reactors lower ph i already have low ph so i will be back to square one i saw the reef builders video

Jamie, can you explain further when you say - 'incredibly efficient' - would this be a refernce to maintaining alk or are you referring to pH? My daily ph swing goes from 8.2 - 8.45 at peak. thanks Rick

sorry for the delay. its incredibly efficient with maintaining alk, cal, and mag without dropping ph. on 160 gallons my ph dropped from 8.1 to 8.0. the issue i had was at the lowest setting it was still too much alk and calc for my system. my coral just does'nt use enough to warrant the money i spent. 2300$

I have a couple questions, can you provide me a transition document - so how do I go from two part dosing, turn on the calcium reactor and slowly turn off the two part - how does this take place? I have a heavy sps 200g tank with frag tank? Thanks - I might have interest in your Deltec? Thanks!

I use 200ml plus of two part Alk a day on my set up and I believe this reactor is rated for 400g? I may reach out to Deltec as well for compatibility with my system, meaning my two part use versus what this device is capable of?

its able to be turned down fairly easy. but i am 90% sure you would be able to literally switch one off then the reactor on. i would test twice a day to monitor. you can really tune it down to run fairly slow. It is an amazing tool.

Hey would this still be for sale?
