This fish has both a fungal and bacterial issue and this often begins with aggression or poor water quality. What is your ammonia and nitrate level and what are fish are in with it ?
Hmmm I am thinking about it but it seems that it wants to fight as it is showing some activity now. I can't rule aggression might lion attacked it's tail but now it is alone there. I'll wait for 1 week and see if it accept food or not. If it did not accept food I'll euthanize it

Blood=injury. It can be like lionfish got irritated and attacked. Main concern is fatty liver. Tail can be fix but fatty liver is a concern. I also got this trouble and now I feed less. Feed this type of fishes only 1 time and other big fishes who requires, give them algae as pellets mainly large pellets causes this. That's why I only feed small pellets now. Big pellets are dangerous in long term. That's my experience. Algae is the best for feeding!
Its hemorrhaging from severity of damage. Antibiotic will help - just your limitation in canada. Ruby Rally Pro would also work.

Thx it has eaten prawns( small pieces). I'll also try brine shrimp(I told my lfs that I want and he will give me that Tommorow). It has eaten something after 2 days. I think it was little stressed. It is now started doing more activity like not allowing me to put hand near it's territory
