Well been a long while since I've been active on here but figured I may as well start a new build thread.
90g......miss this system.....had sone great sps before i took it down

Transfered all I to a 156 and enjoyed that for 2 of the 3 or 4 years I had it....had some huuuuge colonies that I recently had to mostly throw away.....got the worst.....AEFW from a clam...ugh...really took away the drive to have a nice tank...spent over a year with them and still had alot of nice looking corals....just too much to dip and deal with

Moved recently and went with an 80g to get back to the basics
So here goes....still in the early stages
48x24x18 or so...was gonna be my frag tank for the 156


Here is the progress so far. Got the tank moved into the new office

Finally update time
Arrival of new baby had limited time even more scarce...so far she has been great....doesnt let me have much time on the tank at night yet

Got all the fish transferred from the 156 and new homes for those I'm not keeping.
So far fish list is
Blueface angel
Purple tang
Clowns
Cleaner wrasse
Royal grama
Giant male mandarin
1 Bartlett anthias (others were jumpers)


Cs1 barely fit in the stand as I lowered it a little to fit in the space better.
Very simple set up so far..... to do list is long though...
hood aND ventilation
auto water change set up
qt for corals
Finish up the equipment cave
Organize wires
Install glass internal overflow
CArx once I get back to sps
Buy lots of guns to run boys off 3 girls
Just need some more time to do projects

Right now lighting is 2 d120s...gonna add some t5s. .would love halides but can't justify the heat in this shallow a tank....gonna start with 2 t5s aND possibly go to 4 54w

Otherwise just trying to get it set up so there is minimal work for a while

Gave this guy to a local refer from the 156g....it was soooooooo big
