So I was looking in my new reefer 750 set up which is still cycling I saw this white slime floating in the sump I touched it feels like rubber can anyone tell me what this is and should I remove it

I pushed most it into my filter sock just in case

Looks kinda like sea foam on a beach. Most likely dissolved proteins. I would remove it.

Wont really hurt anything. Just kinda unsightly. The skimmer should pick it up if it gets mixed back into the water column.

Turbulent water mixed with air.

It should subside as the tank ages.
