Design program

I've seen several build threads with gorgeous computerized drawings of sump rooms. What programs are people using? I'm hoping this will help me communicate with contractors as we begin screening and getting estimates for our basement/sump room. A couple of the contractors seemed to be confused as to what I was asking for regarding my tank. A picture is worth a thousand words

I believe its google sketch. Others may use autocad.
