The ability to copy and move a thread...and yes I was singing with joy

What papers would you get? It's not like we have champion clownfish to follow a lineage. In dogs we have show quality as well as other designations which people use (for whatever reason) to determine the quality of the offspring.

Now that I think of it hearing John O'Hurley doing commentary on reef tanks would be an awesome.

IDK it might help prevent some of the genetic issues we are seeing with some of these clowns. If you know that one came from that pair and this one from another....rather then both being from the same straight pine tree of ancestry. And I'd think a decent breeder already be keeping track of such...least scribbling notes on it. I mean hell they keep track of beef cattle and chickens!

I know clowns....are already a bit "inbreed" in the wild but there is at least some genetic diversity there.
Designers some places it's literally litter mate pairing after litter mates after litter mates.
And while this doesnt appear to harm them as Fast(in as few generations) as it does human or other mammals...bottle necking of mutations are happening in what 10 years roughly of this? Took dogs least a 100 to start seeing these kinda issues.

But Im a laymans biologist no expert, but it's one reason I bought a mutt hybrid clown rather then a standard designer.
