You mean to say desjardini or velifer. I lean towards the red sea variety.

That tang has a yellow tail, it is a Pacific Z velifer. Z. dejardini has brown tail.

Yea that's why I was confused but it looks like a desjardini. Maybe when its older it'll lose its pattern? Maybe it's a hybrid.

Looks like a pacific to me desjardini at this size would typically have a little orange and start of dots on it already
