I'm running a Deskmate currently with a sicce and the vca dual rfg but I’m just not satisfied with the flow in the tank. Anybody running a power head in one of these or another Pico? Suggestions?

I use this one. It works great for my nano.

Following, still deciding on mine. The hygger seems pretty popular.
I dont mind it at all. Historically for me, hygger has been one of the best off brand pieces of equipment ive ever used starting with their titanium heaters with external controller.
Aside from jebao/jecod of course.

Which pump did you get? The Micra or Micra+?

I would have to go back and look to be sure but I’m almost positive the +
I originally went with the micra then upgraded to the + and turned it up all the way. They come in the same packaging and size, just look for the red arrow on the front of the box if you still have it.

Still not running a wave maker. Probably going to leave it that way. Ended up with a sicce pump and I scaled a RFG to fit the return on the Deskmate. Seems to be doing pretty well.
