Deteriorating anthia

1st let me say fish has been quarantined and is get parasite & bacteria meds. Came from last with this tiny dot on its side.
Now here we are

Ive posted photos below to show progression of whatever this is. Definitely getting worse.

Can someone pls tell me what this might be? It look like scales/ flesh is rotting. I dont know what to do for the poor thing

If I had to guess, some kind of infection, in which case antibiotics in a QT would likely be your best bet ... @Jay Hemdal would definitely know better than I, though . . .

It could be a bacterial infection, but given that the fish is an anthias, Uronema is a possibility.
what antibiotics have you tried so far?
