Hi All,

I have a 45 gallon frag tank, all my frags on racks, no sand. I have a good deal of detritus sitting on the bottom, easily blown around with turkey baster. How critical is it to remove? my parsmeter are in a good place and corals growing, just some hair alage in the tank. When I see other frag tanks I don't see anything on the bottom so how to keep it clean? was thinking of mount a power head lower to turn off and on as needed.

Thanks

not critical, this is the safe aerated forum opposite from that packed in between sand grains. leave as is if you want, Taricha and Dan looked at aerated detritus and found it rather inert.
