As part of reefing hobby, I do like to go around several LFS and collect unusual hitchhikers with a potential to grow into little cool corals. Sometimes ends up being something bad but luckily 80% of the time I get something cool to look at.

So here’s the electric yellow and green anemone that I’ve found in a frag plug the other day, feel free to trow in any ideas of what it is, i’ll be updating the development pics monthly to as I don’t think the coral is big enough for a positive id yet.

Majano, some are really attractive.

I am familiar with the specie, but at this point there’s no resemblance to them so far, the yellow on this anemone is the best yellow I’ve seen so far in a coral, if it ends up being a best I will have to debate on keeping it as I really like it, may regret it once they take over the tank [emoji23]

One thing that keeps me from discarding it is the number of tentacles, for an anemone with only 24 tentacles at this stage and only 6 of the 24 bubble.

It hasn’t multiplied so far, am taking that as a good sign. She started to accept brine shrimp recently, going to see if I can fat her up a bit.
