Time to cycle this new CaribSea life rock! 15ish pounds of life rock, 15ish points of rock that’s been in the tank for months and some siporax!

trying to get the diatom bloom/sand bed funk to dissipate. I need to put up a thread for this tank but I haven't yet. I'm getting my dosing in line. Going to be using BRS 2 part.

I had a HEAVY hand over the weekend. I reached out to my reef consultant @Scurvy he suggested I test Sunday and again today. Drastic results!!! I was in panic mode, he calmed me down!

Don’t have a lid for my 10 gallon brute so I had to improvise! This keeps the evaporation down and the heat in. Currently the garage floor is 56.

late getting started here, but what the heck, about two months ago, I purchased a used, shut down, Red Sea Reefer 250 system. I most recently had a 180g setup that we sold some years ago and I was lucky enough for my wife to pressure me into diving back in and buying this reefer 250 to get back...
