DI cartridge flow dirrection

As my DI resin is used will the color change from top to bottom or bottom to top?

Typically bottom to top. A standard 10” housing should have arrows on top showing in/out that result in them pushing water towards the center and up out of the middle of the filter.

As stated above, the DI resin will go from IN to OUT which is "UPFLOW" as the RO water trickles into the DI housing and up through the DI filters. All aquarium DIs are this configuration unless stated as "DOWNFLOW" which don't worry, because those are typical blended resins for other applications.
