Im trying to make some RODI water but I’m noticing the DI isn’t filling up to the top anymore. What’s wrong?

It is just air stuck in the canister. Slightly loosen it and it should begin filling up. Just make sure to snug it up before it leaks out and makes a mess. I believe the canisters fill from outside the cartridge, then flow through the cartridge, up the middle and to the outlet.

I can’t open the canisters since I bought it. It’s stuck on.

It really doesn't matter if the canister fills with water.
But you have a bigger problem if you can't get the canister open when the di resin is exhausted.
I'm assuming you do have the filter wrench?

I agree that it doesn't matter. I just like them to all be full. :) Do you have the wrench for the canisters? When putting them on, they don't need to be super tight. Just spin it on by hand, then snug it down until water doesn't leak. I want to say it takes about half a turn. Removal might take a little effort, but shouldn't be crazy.

DI is not under pressure like the others are so unless you vent the air out it will not fill up with water. Its pretty normal and does not matter at all. Get a housing wrenxh to remove the canisters.
