Diagnosing orange fungia problems

So over the past months I noticed my fungia doing some weird things. 2 problems I'm seeing is that A. I don't know how much flow they need and B. Some of the tissue seems to have a white shine. Is there any problems to this.

Are you able to take pictures of the white shine? Is it the skeleton poking through? They typically like medium flow and can take stronger flow as long as it isn't smashing their flesh into the skeleton.

Here. It's turning a tiny bit white and that's my concern

What are you water parameters and is it possible the troch is stinging it?
 
Does this piece seem ok? I really don't want to lose this piece
