Anybody know what is wrong with my fish? Any help with diagnosis and treatment is very much appreciated.

Anyway here are some issues I have been noticing. My foxface and blue tang both have frayed fins and some head erosion like they haven’t been feed properly but I have been feeding them nori, mysis, and nls pellets for months and never showed signs of this until now. Also my blue tang has been flashing on rocks but no visible parasites on him?

The erosion and frayed fins appeared after I came back from vacation for 5 days. Is it possible that while gone they weren’t feed properly hence the erosion? Still doesn’t explain why blue tang is flashing and why fins are frayed? I’m thinking flukes in Gills/face would explain the flashing and maybe the fins is a secondary infection?

Tank is 150 gallons.

What’s been added to the tank lately? Do you quarantine new additions?

Do let us know what you find with the freshwater dip!

Have they had any white-stringy poop by chance? It’s not as common in saltwater fish, but hexamita causes lesions specifically in the head and face. Treated by food soaking metroplex or general cure + focus.

Will let you know what I find after dip.

No white stringy poo.

I do not qt latest addition was the blue tang.

Thanks for the help so far.

Well I couldn’t catch the blue tang and didn’t want to tear down my whole tank, I think I’m going to just dose it and see what happens.
